CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP SERVICES:
On-Site Crisis response for companies who have experienced
critical incidents involving a fatality or serious injury or
other disasters. Follow-up services include consultation with
management, trauma counselling and emergency preparedness
planning.

DISASTER PLANNING FOR SMALL FACILITIES:
Creation of site-specific comprehensive plans in easy to read
manuals dealing with Fire and Flood, Earthquake, Chemical Spills,
Bomb Threat, Armed Intruder/Robbery, Hostage Taking, Suicide or
Violent Dealth of Employee/Client

TRAUMA COUNSELLING FOR SURVIVORS OF TRAUMATIC EVENTS:
Survivors suffering from sleep disturbance, irritability, change
in appetite, nervousness and lack of concentration are
appropriate candidates for referral.

The founder of AXCESS Disaster Consulting Group is a Registered
Traumatologist with Florida State University and a Certified
Trauma Specialist through the International Association of
Traumatic Stress Specialists. Gaeron Caldwell has been a member
of the Disaster Planning Committee for North and West Vancouver
Emergency Social Services since its inception in 1987.

Gaeron Caldwell is a principal of AXCESS Disaster Consulting
Group. She is a consultant and therapist specializing in
traumatic stress and acts as advisor and disaster mental health
responder to American and Canadian Red Cross Disaster Services.
She developed and authored 'The training and Resource Manual for
Disaster Service Providers'.
