- small business loans up to a maximum of $125,000
- SEED Capital and Connexion Program for individuals aged 18-29 requiring financing to start/expand/modernize a business.

- Youth Ventures Program for those aged between 12 and 29 who wish to start a summer based business.
- Self Employment Benefits Program
