System Integration

Data Acquisition
Custom data acquisition hardware and software. Also integration of off-the-shelf data acquisition hardware and software. Custom programming using off-the-shelf software such as: ASYST, Labtech Notebook, Labviews, etc.

Chemical Agent Detection
Fast response photo-ionization gas detectors. Frequency response to 330 Hz., detection limit to 20 parts per billion.

Candu Reactor Components
Pressure Reducing Devices used in CANDU nuclear reactors. Devices are in operation at Wolsong reactors 1,2,3 and 4 in South Korea.

Gas Detection
Fast-response photo-ionization gas detectors. MiniPID model features very small size (1''x2''x3''), 330 Hz. response time, 30 parts per billion detection limit. DigiPID model features built- in A/D converter, data output in RS-232 or RS-484 mode, 50 Hz. data output rate, 20 parts per billion detection limit.

300b Muscle Lever Systems
Series 300B muscle lever systems cover a range of forces from 5 gram to 5000 gram. Step response time as fast as 250 microseconds. Used by muscle physiology researchers.

400a Force Transducer
Series 400A force transducers are available in force ranges from 0.05 gram full-scale to 10 gram full-scale. These instruments are complete systems which include power supply, electronics, sensor head, cables, manuals, 1 year warranty. Frequency response to 2000 Hz. Force resolution to 1 microgram.

Custom Research Instrumentation
Custom research instruments developed include: battery-powered laser-doppler velocimeter towed behind ship at sea, settling velocimeter, miniature pressure transducers, force transducers, muscle lever systems, fast-response chemical detectors, gas dissemination systems, computerized gas calibration systems, geophone transmitters and data acquisition systems.
