raw materials (recycled tire crumb) high quality rubber products
can be made for a fraction the cost of current methods.

tires - casters - wheels much faster the saving applies to both
compression moulding of thermosetting materials and injection
moulding of thermoplastic materials.

When also using less costly raw materials such as tire crumbs

standard moulding press - for production of moulded rubber

production method on one compression moulding press 240
to 480 per hour at the industry average cost of $40.00 per
hour your labour cost to make a 2kg tire is only 9 to 18 cents.

The same much faster production method can be used on standard injection moulding presses reducing cooling time from 10 minutes down to one minute. This 2 Kg solid 12 inch rubber tire can be made at a rate of 240 per hour - with one machine and one operator using our faster production methods and rubber crumbs from recycled tires at a cost of Can. $0.60 each tire labour and material included.
