Americair Corporation and its predecessor companies have been manufacturing air filtration systems since 1989. Americair is a fully integrated manufacturer that designs and manufacture all of its own dies, tools, jigs and fixtures for its products, which are primarily made from metal. Model 4000v And 5000v High Efficiency Particulate Air (hepa) Filtration Systems.
The HEPA air filtration systems are designed to function in association with a heat recovery ventilation system. Americair has developed a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) air filtration system that is designed to 'totally' clean all air brought into the home through the Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV). The air coming from the HRV is connected to the inlet duct of the HEPA unit and the cleaned air is then routed to the house ventilation ducts. The AMAIRCARE (TM) unit is also provided with auxiliary air inlet dampers. When open, the unit will draw in additional air from the home, clean it 'totally' and circulate it back through the home, thus improving the overall air quality in the home.
High Capacity High Energy Particulate Air (hepa) 10000 Filtration Systems.
Installation of Americair's AMAIRCARE (TM) 10000 HEPA air filtration system in a single family home can significantly reduce the quantity of airborne particles, including those that aggravate asthma and allergy symptoms. The AMAIRCARE (TM) 10000 can run continuously and the furnace need only operate when heating or cooling is required. A fresh air inlet line can be installed from the outside of the home to the inlet of the AMAIRCARE (TM) 10000 to bring in approximately 100 ft.3/min. of fresh air, clean it and circulate it throughout the home. The AMAIRCARE (TM) 10000 system can utilize the existing return and supply air ducts.
This system offers a number of benefits including: lower air circulation costs; fresher, cleaner air throughout the home, a more comfortable home as clean air is continually being circulated which reduces heat stratification and reduced energy costs for heating and cooling.
High Capacity High Efficiency Particulate Air (hepa) 8500 Filtration Systems.
Installation of Americair's AMAIRCARE (TM) 8500 HEPA air filtration in parallel with the air handling/heating system for the office area will provide cleaner, fresher and odour- free air in offices, especially ones adjoining manufacturing areas. The AMAIRCARE (TM) 8500 can operate continuously and the air handling/heating/cooling/system need only operate when required. To improve the air quality and pressurize the office area to minimize the ingress of odours, a fresh air inlet line is installed from the outside of the building to the inlet of the AMAIRCARE (TM) 8500 to bring in fresh air, clean it and circulate it to the office area. The AMAIRCARE (TM) 8500 system can utilize existing return and supply ducts where available.
With the office area pressurized in relation to the manufacturing area, strong odours from the plant are kept out. The office area will become more comfortable as there is a lower flow of clean air the majority of the time. Heating is required only periodically since there is internal heat generation from the sun, the occupants and the various pieces of office equipment. Particle counts above 0.3 m in size in the office area can be reduced by 90%. Operating costs for the total system are lower due to the high electrical efficiency of the AMAIRCARE (TM) 8500 and to the power savings realized by not having to operate larger central air circulating fans, except when heating or cooling is required.
