ALPHACASTING INC. was incorporated in 1990 and began operation
in
1991 specializing in the manufacturing of ferrous and non
ferrous
precision investment castings by the lost wax process.
We are located in ville St-Laurent in a modern 51,000 sq. ft.
facility which encompasses the latest in equipment and
technology
such as fully automated wax injection machines, robotized mould
room complete with conveyor systems, state of the art induction
melting furnaces and vaccum furnace are just a few of the items
that allows us to
accomplish the most demending of projects.
Our high standard of quality is the dominent factor in serving
high-tec industries, such as aerospace, military, microwave,
satellite and telecomunications, etc.
On february 23, 1998, our quality management system was
registered as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9002
standard
by our registrar: 'INTERTEK TESTING SERVICES NA LTD (WARNOCK
HERSEY)'. This certification was rewarding the effort performed
by all the personnel to implement this system.
