Absolute Training is an Aboriginal owned and operated business that was founded in 1997 by Michael Cameron, to be a leader in human recourses development. Over the years the business evolved into Absolute Training and Development, in order to help businesses, organizations and communities address their growing and developmental needs.

Absolute is a network of professional individuals and organizations that come together as a unique team to service the training and development needs of its clients. This network of individuals and organizations derives its expertise from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences making them sensitive to the human resource training and organizational development needs.
