We have a 'proven' track record in Knowledge Base Portal design and implementation. Having designed, implemented and maintained one of Compaq's main Technical Support Knowledge Base Portals, we have a solid understanding of successful design strategies. The Knowledge base structure we designed proved so successful that it was distributed globally to all of Compaq's partner support sites. Most recently this Knowledge Base allowed for faster ramp up times for a number of new support centers coming on line. We continued with this proven design strategy by designing and developing a Complete Solutions Customer Relations Portal and a fully interactive Training Portal. With our strong background in Internet consulting, graphic design, programming, and multimedia, we provide our clients with business definitions and business strategy planning in the design and development of their web based solutions. We have also designed and implemented Web portals for seven major Call Centers world wide. We also designed, developed and deployed Intranet based web applications to all seven Call Centers. The Intranet Web Applications include a complete Customer based Call Management Application. A 'real time' dynamic Organization Chart starting at the corporate level and ending at the employee.
