Olesia Productions is a Canadian independent record label owned
and operated by singer/composer Alexis Kochan. Founded with the
release of Kochan's debut self-produced album, Czarivna (The
Princess), Olesia has an office in Winnipeg, Canada and oversees
the activities of this artist who is beginning to make inroads
into the Canadian and American music scene. An exotic blend of
folk, east European, and world beat, Kochan's music and four
critically acclaimed recordings have been met with enthusiastic
response. Kochan's CDs and CTs are available for distribution in
a number of territories in Canada, the USA, western and eastern
